    passing string arry

    hi
I am getting an server error as "Null was found when an instance of an object
is required". I am using the webcontrols. I am just trying to get the value
of a textfield from one aspx page to another using request.form.GetValues("id")(0).
But if i remove runat=server from the first.aspx page in html page inside
the <form> tag it works. But I need everything server side.
    Anythoughs

By default, Web forms post back to the same page. If you change the HTML so
that the form posts to another Web Form, you'll get the error you describe.
Instead, let the form post back to the original ASPX file, and then use
Server.Transfer to switch processing to the second form after processing the
    submitted data.
