    Hyperlink to .det framework

    I would like to create a download page for an app I have written using .net.
    The page will have a hyperlink to my application and another hyperlink to
    the .net framework. The question is, is there a standard URL I can use or
    should I place the framework on my own server. It seems kinda silly to put
    it on my own server but when I downloaded it from MS it came packaged and
    needed extracting (to a single file again). So if I want users to avoid the
    extra step then do I need to place it on my own server?

    Thanks

    Re: Hyperlink to .det framework

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/downloads/.../sample.asp?ur
    l=/msdn-files/027/001/829/msdncompositedoc.xml

    That said you could also point on a page of your own that just redirects to
    this location. This way you'll be able to accomodate changes much more
    easily...
