hi,

i try to open an excel file from .NET.
the version of my excel file is : V1.9.10110
When i try to open my excel file i get this error :
"An unhandled exception of type 'System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException'
occured
Additinal information : Old format or invalid type library"

i guess that it's because the IT maybe installed a newer version of an office
component on my computer and the dll is too new ? i don't know where the
problem is.
My collegue executes the same code and can open the excel file without problems.

I aded in my project this reference : Microsoft Excel 9.0 Object Library,
Microsoft Office 9.0 Object Library

on my computer i have installed Office 2000 SR-1 and Visio profesionnal 2002,
like my collegue.

Do you have a clue ? what should i verify ? why can't i open the excel file
?
