Crystal .net. How do I add a FieldObject?

Hi

This is a question relating to Crystal .net. How do I add a FieldObject
without using the report expert? I just want to add fieldObjects without
using the report expert as evertime this is run all my formatting changes.
I cannot see any obvious way to just add a field fom my datasource.

Just figured the answer to my obvious question. Now I've managed to get the
field explorer in another window I can drag and drop.
