SSL 2.0 with HTTPWebRequest
Is there a way to change what version of SSL HTTPWebRequest uses when connection
to a HTTPS site? HTTPWebRequest automatically uses SSL 3.0 but I want to
bring it down to SSL 2.0 to see if it clears up an issue with IPlanet proxy
server.
