comment tool

Hi ALL

I wish to create a comment tool for vb6 which would use xml comments
(the reason to prefer xml comments is for considering upgrading to vb.net
later)
embbeded in modules to generate .chm files or collection of html files as
javadoc produces...

Can anybody have some idea if such type of this tool already exist in some
form (partially or complete ) or some utilities which would make this easy
....
