    VB6 ocx control in VB.Net

I created an ocx control in VB6 and would like to know if I will be able to
use it in VB.Net. I added it to the references section of my VB.Net project
but I don't understand how to drag this object onto a form. I'm assuming
that references and components are all grouped together in VB.Net. Is this
    correct? Suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I think you should add your OCX in the Toolbox. Rightclick it
    and "Customize Toolbox..."
In the COM componenct tab click find it if it's registered or
browse and add it. That's it, I think!
