    Using an "Include" tag as an alternative to frames


    Hey,

    I am new but am trying to use an include tag... the code I am using is below..
    please let me know what is wrong with it cause I cannot get it to work.

    What type of webpage are you using....You need an ASP page to use includes
    or a server that supports Server Side Includes to use on HTML..
