hi,
i am able to set a Input Text field to readonly in Netscape by using onclick
and onFocus="this.blur()". but i want to set the Input Textfield to readonly
during runtime using javascript.
how to do it ?

i tried :
function somefunction()
{
document.myform.myTextfield.onclick="this.blur()" ;
}

but it didn't work.

pls help.
