New cross-frames menu system
I made very simple, easy to use, cross-frames, auto-positioning, Windows
style, DHTML/Jscript based menus for the Microsoft Internet Explorer.
The menus are displayed in its own frame, but they are capable of doping
down over the frame border. In addition to menus, you can have icons on the
top of your page.

P.S.
There are a number of menu components which can achieve this, but the menus
had to be reinitialized every time when a new page is loaded. Apart from
placing initialization code in every single page, the initialization for
a
bigger menu system can be time consuming which slows down the whole site.

development...
