How to read Outlook Email

I would like to be able to read an outlook Email in an Outlook folder to clean
all the bounce Emails and be able to get the Email in the message

You need to research the Outlook object model. If you run Outlook/Office
setup you can load in the vb help for Outlook and then browse around there.
It's lots of fun and a bit of frustration!
