Is it possible to 'PUSH' data to a web client WITHOUT using sockets?? No fake
client pulls or anthing.. a real server push. Netscape had sometype of function
for this, but for the life of me, I cannot find anything regarding this for
IIS/IE. Is this a new thing? Does all these stock ticker progs use sockets??
