Using Attachmate's EXTRA! objects for screen scraping

Has anyone tried to use the Attachmate's EXTRA! objects as a service. Here
is my issue that I am trying to solve. We have an .exe that is being used
as a service. This .exe launches other .exes at certain time intervals. I
want to use the EXTRA! objects to do mainframe screen scraping instead of
using HLLAPI. When this .exe is run in the context of a service I get a .dll
error but if I run the service in the user context it runs fine. Any help
    would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

    More information

What .dll error are you getting?

Is it the FIRST exe that is trying to accessing EXTRA?
