    How to Display some info in "TextArea" Element?

    <TD><textarea readonly name="CommentsOld" id="CommentsOld" rows=5 cols=70
    value="Good Morning"></textarea></TD>

    I want to display some information in this TextArea element.
    It is not displaying. Why?

    Try this

    <Td><textarea readonly NAME="CommentsOld" rows=5 cols=70>Good Morning</textarea>

    You might want to look at

    which will give you a better idea of the syntax of these tags!
