    Altering Playback Rate

Does anyone know if it is possible to play AVI files back at a variable
    rate?

I would like to be able to have a viewing program that will play anywhere
from 50% to 200% preferably with sound.

    Thanks for any input.

Ray Mercers ezAVI control can do that, but i think it only supports absolute values (e.g. not 2x the speed but 5fps)

    find his site at www.shrinkwrapvb.com
