In my div tag I had to give the style a position (style="position: relative;
visibility: hidden")
before it would work in Netscape.

Now the div tag show and hides but when it shows it only shows the 1st <td>
tag "reason Canceled" it does not show the select box.

Any one have any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks
