I am a new starter with web design and have obtained a multimedia certificate.
I have created a website to look for work as a web designer, www.ianlock.com.
Is the look and contents of this web resume good enough to look for a job
and if not, why. I really like the things Flash can do, but is there any
functional use to some of these? What type of people are web design companies
looking for?
