C# and Win Forms

C# can use Win Forms for Windows Application Development, correct?

If so anyone know of any simple samples to get me up and running. I can't
use the samples with SDK(not sure if they're in their or not) so any other
sources would be nice.

But, why can't you use the samples that came with the SDK?
