Frames--how do I stop frame breaking?

Hello, I hope someone can help me out. I own a web-page that displays (Member's
of my site)Urls that I do not own, with the permission of the owner of course.
Now, here's the problem, some of the members have code to break out of frames,
and some of them ommit that to allow my page to display their's. However,
some members will not omit that code so that they aren't trapped in frames
that they have not given permission for. So my question is if there's a possible
way to break that code from within my system, leaving their code intact for
their protection in other frames. I would GREATLY appreciate any help!

    Thank you,

Short of writing a web application that screen-scrapes and removes their
breakout code (html or who-knows-what-variety of javascripts), which I
expect would be an _extremely_ difficult task, I don't think this is doable.

If you are dead set on framing these pages, I think you will have to ask
them to make special pages for you that eliminates their break-out code.
