    NEED HELP WITH FILE CONVERSION

I am trying to use a visual foxpro program given to me where I work. I need
    to upload over 800 records
to the program but I don't have foxpro and whenever I do it from Access or
Excel it gets all messed up.
Is there anyone out there who is so kind as to convert my MS Access table
to a foxpro .dbf file v. 2.6 or
earlier for me? Please?? Let me know and I will email the table to you. Thank
    you SO MUCH.

How do you know what format the Fox table needs to be in?

It might suit you to use the code Karl Peterson and Bill McCarthy, bless
their hearts, have posted here about accessing VFP tables strictly as text.
You should be able to find their info searching on the newsgroup. If you
have any trouble, and are interested, please post back here.

Try exporting the file to an ascii delimited text file from Access or Excel
and if your application allows, import it into your application as an asci
delimited text. If this doesn't work or the application was written to handle
conversions, you can email the file to me. My concern is if you don't find
a solution, you will be stuck each time you need to import/export files for
    this application.
