U cannot run aspx files by double clicking. Regarding IE5.5 the setup file
itself will ask u to install ie5.5 and otherwise installation will stop.
One more thing to be noted is that chances are there that when u save your
aspx file, it might save as filemant.aspx.txt format. For this you should
add the new file types by going to folder options and add new file type with
extension .aspx. Then run the file.
