Looking for a program that will tell me whether a dll is registered

Do you know of a program that will check to see if a given dll is
registered? Also, a dll analysis program that will tell me the attributes
of the dll.

You need to be more specific.

Assuming you are referring to ActiveX DLLs - OLE Viewer and RegEdit will
show if a particular DLL is registered. Within a program just read the registry.

For attributes the same, use OLE View to examine the type library or use
the ITypeInfo interface within your program.
