I have created an ActiveX DLL that generates an Excel-chart (saved as jpg-file).
When I use this DLL in a normal VB-program (windows-program), it works perfect.
In an ASP on NT4, the DLL also works perfect.
But when I use the DLL in an ASP on a Win2000, I do not get the chart generated
by Excel. On the Win2000 the DLL is not able to start Excel.
However, in a normal VB-windows-program on the Win2000, the DLL does work.

What is the problem and is there a solution for this?
