    Re: Printer

    Well - if you want just to print the page as it is, then you can use JavaScript
    to print the page like

    <script language="JavaScript">
    <!--
    function docPrint()
    {
    window.print()
    }
    -->
    </script>

    If you want to have complete control over the page printing - like page orientation,
    left, top, bottom and right margin, etc, then you can use
    a free activex control (ScriptX I think) from Mead Co. The URL is -
    http://www.meadroid.com/scriptx/index.htm. It's quite easy to use.

    HTH,
    Harish

    To my knowledge, I don't think you can just print a line from a whole web
    page. Why don't you open a small window with whatever message that you want
    print and print out the window.

    Humair,

    Answer for question 2 -
    Whatever is the default printer in your machine.
    --------------------------

    BTW, if you want to use bar code in ASP, you may want to check this web site
