Help w/ ANSI Graphics, and GOTOxy function....

Hello, I have been programming in c++ for around a year or so, and I received
a notion to create and Dos Game, that uses ANSI graphics. If you remember
that old dial up BBS days, surely you can help me. How would I display the
.ans file in c++? or does anyone know of a library that can do it for me.

Also, I am looking for a function that will goto the entered x & y coordinates
on the screen. I use Microsolft Visual C++ 6.0, and this is for a msdos console
app. : ) please mail me or post, would really appreciate it : )...

Go get borland dos compiler. Visual cannot make dos programs after 4.0.
But borland has ansi.h I think; it links it all in for use. Or use opengl
or directx with visual 6 in full screen mode. Gl is easier, a bit slower.
