Error when trying to debug ASP.NET Web Service

Hello everybody. I am fairly new to .Net development. I created an ASP.NET
Web service. When I try to run the project in Debug Mode, I get the following
error -- Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging on
web server. The server does not support debugging of ASP.NET or ATL applications.
Does anyone know what the problem could be.

I already reinstalled IIS and VS.NET with ALL components selected, so I cannot
imagine that I am missing any files needed for debugger to work.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You, everybody. I reinstalled .NET framework and now everything is
working OK.
