Problem with TV Tuners Card

Dear Sir,
I have a little problem about programming video card.
I have a liteview TV Tuners card. I would like to create program for connecting
to this card by Visual C++. But, now I don't know how way to use the function
and write the program for connecting it.

Please, let me know about to connect it.

Download the SDK platform from microsoft, then
in SDK/samples/mutimedia direcory you-ll find the
wincap.mak and capttest.mak and other samples that uses the
'quartz.dll' for your tuner card.
The samples can be built and changed and works fine.
