veronia algorithm?

Anyone know where I can find source or a coherent, ENGLISH description of
the veronia nearest neighbor algorithm? I have searched the web for a while
with no usable results.

Did you try msdn.microsoft.com -> theve got a pretty good library that is
quite helpful

No, they don't have it either. I am starting to think its not real, its referenced
in many papers and etc. but nowhere to be found, except a page or two in
languages I couldn't read. Could be a word in a couple of the langs, except
for 1 japanese page they were not tech stuff.
