Does smbody know how to obtain the frames/images that a video camera or webcam
    captures from an aplication?

Manually, a free prog called virtualdub can save all frames out. Media player
can do it I think. Or for one or two, use alt+printscreen or something.
In a program, it depends, but mfc has a way for most file formats, using
various activex and or graphics packages.
