    Why do I need these dll's

    I am new to c++ and i made a simple 5 minute program just as a test it runs
    fine when i compile and make it an .exe however when i try to run it on another
    computer it wants the "cc3250mt.dll" & "borlndmm.dll" installed on that computer.
    My simple 307kb program is now 1.76mb in size. i don't understand how you
    guys make these very cool little programs thar are so functional yet the
    file size is so small. Why do i need these huge dll's for such a simple program.
    I am sooo stuck pleze advise....

    object Label1: TLabel
    Left = 128
    Top = 104

    Caption = 'Do you like my first program?'
    Font.Charset = DEFAULT_CHARSET
    Font.Color = clWindowText
    Font.Height = -32
    Font.Name = 'MS Sans Serif'
    Font.Style = []
    ParentFont = False
    end

    Left = 104
    Top = 216
    Width = 511

    Caption = 'If so will you give click on the button?'
    Font.Charset = DEFAULT_CHARSET
    Font.Color = clRed
    Font.Height = -32
    Font.Name = 'MS Sans Serif'
    Font.Style = []
    ParentFont = False
    end
    object RadioButton1: TRadioButton
    Left = 232
    Top = 312
    Width = 113
    Height = 17
    Caption = 'Yes'
    Font.Charset = DEFAULT_CHARSET
    Font.Color = clBlue
    Font.Height = -16
    Font.Name = 'Arial Black'
    Font.Style = []
    ParentFont = False

    end
    object RadioButton2: TRadioButton
    Left = 408
    Top = 312
    Width = 113

    Font.Charset = DEFAULT_CHARSET

    This is normal. Many use visual c++, whose dlls are put in the os by microsoft
    to promote their products. But they need dlls too. Do not link statically;
    create a self extracting zip or get an install maker, (there are free ones),
    and give the dlls with that. And your dlls are big because you are using
    gui stuff.
