Please Help....

countless articles tell me to use a DSN-Less connection for better performance.
Also my web host tells me I have to use a DSN-less connection.

Opening the database and extracting data is great - but for the life of me
I can not open a recordset and AddNew record. What is more I have spent most
of the day looking for examples online and have been unable to find a single
example anywhere.

Can anybody out there help?
