It's certainly good to know that they located one that "sucks less", but
without the convenience of NNTP I'd suspect that the majority of the
remaining users will disappear. I know that there are no HTTP groups that I
read on a regular basis, perhaps if they pay people to answer the questions
then others will come seeking information.
