Hi
I'm a student developer doing a project about network management. I'm having some trouble discovering the members of the network on which I am running. I was hoping to get a list of IP addresses dynamically and from there use and SNMP api to manage the network.
Does anyone have any ideas, do I require an api to discover the members automatically or can it be done using the J2SE SDK version 1.4.2_02?
Any help would be appreciated,
