I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight. I'm using a multiple selection listbox. How would I code a loop or For/Next statement to loop through the listbox, and tell me which ones are selected? I've tried numerous things, but I seem to only accomplish looping through the listbox--and getting EVERYTHING.

I can cut some samples of what I've tried here tomorrow, my brain's fried and it's time to go home!
