Open Source Distribution
I was reviewing the OSI approved licenses.....All obvioiusly address "distribution". However, what constitues distribution? Does keeping modified open-source code on a server, and just letting clients access data on that server constitute distribution? Or does distribution require actually giving a copy to another individual?
Thanks for your help.
