I posted a message few days ago but I did not get any reply..so I am going to change the question somewhat.

Has anyone ever done a dynamic gallery using any tools (beside downloading free/paid DLL file to bin directory).

Dreamweaver does have a feature which creates a photo album but it is a static gallery and requires Fireworks to be installed.
