If you mean "Is Oracle used for business only" then my guess, and it is only a guess, would be No, not exclusively.
The "real" Oracle is a bit pricey to be used privately, however, there is an Express edition that could be used at home.

Oracle is not used for business exclusively, there is also one that can be used at home. the Oracle that is used for businesses is quote expensive and I agree with Hack that there is an Express edition that can be used at home.
