Still not specific enough.
Are you using SQL Server 2000? SQL Server 2005? SQL Server 2008? Are you using the full SQL Server or an Express version?

Ok, now I'm confused... you are saying that you have nothing to do with the database, but actually need help using XML with ASP?
 (PS: sql server and MS Access are totally different)
