Exclamation Using Unstructured supplementary service data command

Hello,
I want some help regaurding unstructured supplementry services (AT+CUSD command).
I am developing an API for ARM7 to use AT+CUSD command through iWOW TR800 gsm modem. I found the syntax of the command but it doesn't tell anything about the response it would get.
I would also like to know how to send message immediatly to the caller using USSD service (similar to the services provided by network providers, like balance enquiries).
