Frames + Links in Frames

Hey thanx for looking, I'm making a site with DW 4, and everythings going
well, but i have a question.

I have a Nav Bar on the left = Frame A
Content page on the right = Frame B (Main Page)
Frame A Targets and updates Frame B

As do other pages Content C,D,E,F (these pages update(Target) Frame B's
content)

My problem is, I have links in page C (one of the content pages)
that when clicked display the content of the links in the main frame.
All this is how I want it.

What happens is I can only make a link that displays Frames A|B

What i want to do is come back out of the content page and display
Frames A|C


hope you can make sense of all this
