ZANE! - We Hardly Knew Ya!
Hey Zane, I NEVER exchange opinions with you, because:

.. You are one tough S.O.B. that I don't wanna tangle with
Well, for the last week (?) or so, your tone has become >>really<<
mellow!
Like, are you ok, dude?

Hahah, very funny.
In reality I'm a meek mild-mannered guy who after the sun sets, or almost
any time of day most of the year here in Seattle, slips into a phone booth
on a dark side-street, cracks the case, wires in the laptop, and becomes
some sort of uber geek.

Fine actually, thanks for asking.
There's an interesting dance between information and creativity, seems to
me. Lately - since about October or thereabouts - I've been mining a lot
of interesting information about what sorts of things might be doable on
the internet in the not too-distant future - and the result has been an
idea I'm pursuing almost manically. That happened concurrently with the
arrival of .net, which makes it easier to conceive of reasonably easily
implementing what I have in mind, allowing me to go even further with the
things I can consider getting done.
Obviously I'm not going to go into any details here, but if any
microsoft-millionaire investors are interested my email program is on all
the time.
The other thing that's going on with me is that I appreciate the forum
VBPJ provides to us here - and particularly the offramp where contentious
discussions can be held without nagging censors. The signal/noise ratio
here was getting pretty damned low. Lately it has been improving, and I'm
doing my part to help.
But if you're missing a good *****-slapping you know where the offramp is.
