Control not licenced

I have just installed vb on a new machine.
The msflexgrid does not work. How do I register it?
Surely it comes with vb? When I install VB on other machines there is no
problem. The Components and references are right. I've reinstalled vb.
The MSFlexGrid is in my toolbox but I can not put it on a form. This is
the error I get:

"License information for this component not found. You do not have an appropriate
license to use this functionality in the design environment (Error 429)"
