Web application design techniques
Hi
I'm a huge advocate for 'design first - code later'. It's a philosophy that
has saved me a number of times, but I'm having trouble applying my VB design
techniques to web apps. The non-linear options in a web app invariably mean
I end up doing a lot of code that I didn't originally plan. My current
project is a lot messier than I would like. I was wondering if anyone can
suggest books or websites that cover effective ways to design a web
application. I'm not interested in actual code (I'm quite comfortable with
that), just the high-level design techniques. I've heard some people
mention wire-diagrams and other techniques. Any help much appreciated.
Thanks
Craig

Re: Web application design techniques
I would also recommend anything from Wrox press, whether it be architectural
considerations, or actual coding technique, they tend to cover the whole
gamut fairly well.
