It is supposed to return the System Default Locale which I thought would be the Locale of the User which is set on the first tab in Regional Settings dialog, I have my system set to English (Canada) and this code example returns English (United States) which is what is set under the Input Locales tab, this is for the keyboard layout in the Regional Setting dialog.

I like this code example I just wish there was a way to distinguish between the 2.

Any help with this.

I looked through the code for the Author and maybe an email but nothing.
