Starting SMTP Service

Hello,

I am experiencing troube starting my SMTP service under IIS. I keep receiving
the error

'service did not respond in a timely fashion' .

If anyone could help with this I'd appreciate it.

Daliso,

Did you checked in Event Viewer? Is there any entry for SMTP as such? Also
by any chance, did you disturbed the RPC Locator Service ? Services like
SMTP, NNTP rely on this Service. For more info, please refer to -
