    career exploration help


    hi. i'm a graduating high school senior and i'm venturing into the field of
    computer science for college.

    the following is addressed to those who are:
    -in training for any computer-science related jobs
    -any computer programmers or analysts

    this is a requirement for me to graduate.

    please answer the following:

    1) what's your a) name?
    b) age?
    c) sex?
    d) location
    e) occupation?

    2) what do you most like about your job?

    3) what do you most dislike about you job?

    4) how do you prepare for you job?

    5) do you consider the training you had to be adequate for your job?

    6) how much do you earn?

    7) what is a typical day at work like?

    8) what do you see in the future for a job like yours?

    9) what special skills are required for your job?

    Carlos, these questions would commonly be asked by a job recruiter (also
    called "headhunter") so he can put the information in his database and pester
    you to death to take jobs you don't want. Also, in the US, these questions
    would go beyond the realm of high school student work and cross over into
    "invasion of privacy". I suspect you won't get too many responses. Sorry!

    I second that response. people don't like to give out that much information
    especially in the US. I will tell you this, I am male (I think) I am a web
    developer and make 45,000 a year and I love my job. name no, e-mail no,
    anything else umm no, good luck!
