    Regarding VS.Net IDE

    Hi friends,

I am developing ASP.Net pages in Visual Studio.Net IDE. I am placing controls in the webform with gridlayout.
I need to place a button in the leftmost bottom corner of the page.
I placed the button in the form designer IDE's leftmost n bottom most corner and when i run the page, the button was not in the area where i intended. It was in left side but not in the bottom corner. Again a lot more space was left below the button. Why is this happening?. Sombdy please help me for placing the controls in the bottom edge of the page what shoul i do for it?

The simplest solution I know of is to define a table with a height of 100%, then place your button in the bottom row of the table with valign="bottom". That will keep the button at the bottom of the window regardless of the window's size.

Absolute positioning (which is what you're using by positioning the button in GridLayout mode) will locate the button at a fixed pixel location, which will likely not be the bottom of the window when it runs outside the IDE.
