An unhandled Security Exception

I have this app that is developed in VB.NET. I compile it on my harddrive and other harddrives and it works fine. When I transfer it to a server and myself or a user runs it, it has this message

"An unhandled exception of type 'System.Security.SecurityException' occurred in Dispositioner with Get 8100.NET.exe

Additional information: Security error."

Does anyone know why and how to fix it? Also if I transfer the source code and compile it there it does the same thing.

.net applications run with reduced security over a network. You will need to adjust .Net security for your Trusted Zone with Start-->Control Panel-->Administrative Tools--> Microsoft .Net 1.1 Wizards, Select Adjust .Net Security, Select Make Changes to This Computer, click next, Select Local Intranet, move slider to Full Trust, click Next, click Finish. This will have to be done on each PC on the network, or your Network Admin may be able to do this with Group Policy settings.
