Question Controlling Windows accounts from ASP

Is there a way to control windows accounts (not active directory) in the Windows 2003 server?
No mater what I google for, nothing useful comes up.

What I need to do, is to disable an account of a user, if that user tries to do something that he should not.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

Any of the WMI or WSH objects can be instantiated from ASP. The TechNet Script Center is an excellent resource for server and system automation scripts.
