I am working on reliance handsets like 6235.
In that i am trying to retrieve and post the images, audio, video.
Here i am able to retrieve the images, audio, video of size upto 8kb only and now the problem is while posting the content it is not working.
can any one give me information about what is the maximum size we can post through reliance handset like 6235.
while i had tried out to post through gsm mobile i am able to post upto 40kb size but when i tried to post the content through cdma that is reliance gateway i am not able to do that.

Best to start with a trial and error method: upload small chunks first, and increase them gradually until the upload fails. It doesn't matter much what the protocol allows; at the end of the day, what matters is what your mobile devices can support.

hi danny,
Thankyou for your kind reply did you ever tried posting data on reliance devices if so can you please tell me whether there is any difference in the way to post data form reliance cdma and gsm mobile.
Actually what problem i am facing is, I am able to post data through gsm mobiles but when i try the same code with cdma mobiles the code is not working with all reliance headers included to connect to gateway.
regards,
vinod.

There are some compatibility problems with GSM and CDMA (particularly older versions of the CDMA protocol) so perhpas you can split the message to several small chunks instead of one big chunk.
